And for those who want to explore more deeply, this course is also a prerequisite to the live 6-hour 'Advanced Practical Breast/Chest Massage' course which introduces practical breast and chest massage techniques for healthy clients, those with breast and chest pathologies, and those recovering from a variety of surgeries to the breast/chest region. Whether you are a massage therapist or other licensed health care professional working with clients navigating breast or chest health concerns, surgical recovery, or related pathologies, this course offers a strong scientific foundation to inform and elevate your practice.

She has taught continuing education courses and professional trainings in a variety of settings for massage therapists, herbalists, birth workers, and integrative healthcare practitioners.

Lena’s Breast/Chest Massage continuing education courses draw from her unique background in massage therapy, lactation, and reproductive health to help practitioners build confidence working with this often overlooked area of the body. Her teaching blends evidence-informed knowledge, hands-on skill development, trauma-informed care, and a deep respect for the therapeutic relationship.
