Living Essence (LEMI) may be the perfect place for your next offering! LEMI is available to rent by the hour, the day, or the weekend outside of regularly scheduled classes or clinics connected with our full-time program.
Our beautiful classroom is ideally located in the Ithaca–Trumansburg area, offering a peaceful, accessible setting surrounded by nature. Guests can also enjoy access to our landscaped grounds, including a koi pond, open green space, and maintained walking trails.
Location & Setting
Our spacious studio features a bamboo floor and is fully equipped for a range of wellness and educational offerings. Amenities include massage tables, bolsters, and a complete set of yoga equipment (24 mats, bolsters, blocks, and bands), along with a variety of meditation cushions (zafus and zabutons).
Classroom & Equipment
To support a comfortable and seamless experience, the space includes a furnished lounge, a kitchenette, two bathrooms, and a professional audio system for teaching or events.
Amenities & Comfort
Onsite parking is available for up to 22 cars, with additional nearby parking options for larger groups.
Accessibility & Parking
Hourly rate: $30–$40, depending on your specific needs.
Day and weekend rates are available upon request.
